For short transfers without lifting
MobiStol is a wheel attachment allowing a regular chair to be mobile. With the wheels mounted on all four legs, the chair can be used for shorter transfers indoors, such as in to and out from a table. MobiStol makes it easy for the caregiver to move the user without any lifting.
Easy to roll – safe and reliable
Using MobiStol only raises the chair by 2 cm/0.8″. The large wheels in front make the chair easy to roll. The rear wheels can be locked both for rolling and for turning positions.
MobiStol can be fitted on most chairs used in caregiving facilities
MobiStol wheel attachments are easy to fit to most chairs and armchairs with square or rectangular legs (3 x 3 cm/1.2” x 1.2” or larger) of hardwood; for instance beech, oak or birch. MobiStol is supplied as a complete kit with fitting instructions. No special tools are needed.
MobiStol is tested and approved by SP (Swedish National Testing and Research Institute) for a maximum load of 120 kg/264 lbs.
